Raw metal, precise tolerances

Every Vanguard machine starts as raw alloy shaped over traditional English wheels, backed by in-house dyno testing and modern chassis design.

Metal Shaping

Hand-formed aluminum panels

We drop raw aluminum sheets onto traditional English wheels, hammering and planishing by hand until compound curves match the chassis geometry precisely.

No digital shortcuts or fiberglass molds. Every tank, cowl, and fender is formed from a single sheet of alloy to ensure structural rigidity and flawless surface weight.
